The Los Angeles Human Right to Housing Collective is a union of Los Angeles-based organizations dedicated to the idea of housing as a human right and the implementation of that idea in policy. The Western Regional Advocacy Project is was created to expose and eliminate the root causes of civil and human rights abuses of people experiencing poverty and homelessness in our communities. The goals of WRAP are to unite local social justice organizations into a movement.
