Los Angeles: Local community organizations join former co-sponsors Essie Justice Silicon Valley DeBug and other community groups to urge state legislators to stop Senate
In an unprecedented move, SB10 co-sponsors ACLU, California Public Defenders Association, Essie Justice Group and Silicon Valley DeBug pull their support of this deceptive bill that expands incarceration. Los Angeles community organizations and stakeholders join the broad statewide effort to stop SB10, a bill that would expand incarceration in Los Angeles and across the state.
